Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdjtl website, platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bdjtl ("bdjtl", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. bdjtl reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the bdjtl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. You must not create an account or place bets if you do not meet each of the conditions below:

• aYou must be at least 21 years of age. bdjtl is an adult entertainment platform and does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local minimum gambling age laws where those laws set a lower threshold.
• bYou must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not prohibited by applicable law at the time of access.
• cYou must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.
• dYou must not be acting on behalf of a third party or in a professional capacity as an agent, intermediary, or representative for any other person in relation to gambling activities on the Platform.
• eYou must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or those whose capacity to contract has been legally restricted are not eligible to use the Platform.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To place bets or access games on bdjtl, you are required to register a personal account. Each user may hold only one account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts associated with that individual.

• aYou must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, Bangladeshi mobile number, and date of birth. bdjtl may require document verification at any point to confirm your identity.
• bYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdjtl support will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.
• cIf you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify bdjtl immediately by contacting support via the email address published on this site. bdjtl accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• dbdjtl reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the account has been compromised, misused, or registered in violation of these Terms.

All accounts on bdjtl are personal. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Account balances, bonuses, and free spins are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside the Platform.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

bdjtl supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• aThe minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits apply and are displayed at the Cashier.
• bAll deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. bdjtl does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• cWithdrawal requests will be processed within bdjtl's standard processing window. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's own processing schedule and may take up to 3 business days.
• dbdjtl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• ebdjtl does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. bdjtl is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

bdjtl offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer and to the general conditions below:

• aBonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of each specific promotion. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• bWagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level will expire at the end of the promotional period.
• cbdjtl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• dAny attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets across markets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
• eFree spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games specified in the promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bdjtl Platform must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• aUsing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• bColluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information in live card games or coordinating bets across multiple accounts.
• cUsing the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a mechanism to convert funds of uncertain origin into withdrawable cash.
• dProviding false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• eExploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform to gain credits, bonuses, or any form of advantage that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

bdjtl monitors Platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct using both automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdjtl reserves the right to void all bets placed during the relevant period, to close the account permanently, and to withhold any balance pending a full investigation.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

bdjtl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users of the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. It becomes a problem when it is no longer within a user's financial and personal control. bdjtl provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered users may activate at any time from their account settings without needing to contact customer support.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary account pause of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (full account block of 6 months or longer). Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires. bdjtl takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to any self-excluded player.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Termination

bdjtl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under any of the following circumstances:

• aThe account holder is found to have provided false information during registration or verification, to be under the age of 21, or to be using the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• bThe account shows evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6, including collusion, use of automated tools, bonus abuse, or any other activity that gives the user or a third party an unfair advantage over the normal operations of the Platform.
• cThe account holder requests permanent self-exclusion or a voluntary account closure. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to the account holder via the deposit payment method on record, subject to standard verification requirements being satisfied.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjtl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service, even if bdjtl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdjtl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bdjtl's total aggregate liability to any user arising from any cause shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 10

Changes to These Terms

bdjtl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes materially affect user rights or obligations, bdjtl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bdjtl support via the email address published on this site.
